Thank you to all who prayed for the 7 people who died after a 20 story crane collapsed in NYC, and for all of the people who have jobs in the saftey and hazard sectors, to be honest, forthright, and diligent in their work.

Edward Marquette, 46, was arraigned and released without bail Thursday on charges of falsifying business records and offering a false instrument for filing.

After a complaint had been reported on March 4, Marquette was sent to inspect the crane for saftey hazards. He filed his report claiming to have examined the crane and finding it safe, took no action. Unfortunately it seems he never actually examined the crane.
