Prayer request for August 17, 2008 PDF Print E-mail
Thank you to all who have joined in the prayer request for the recovery of a missing Central Florida toddler Caylee Anthony.
It has now been well over a month since the reported mysterious disappearance of 2 year old Caylee Anthony and still there are no new leads as to the whereabouts of the child.
The mother Casey Anthony, has been in jail for most of this time on charges of child neglect and falsifying information in the police report. Even with pressure from her family, friends and law enforcement officials, Casey has refused to give any helpful information in the recovery of her daughter.
The case has been strange from the beginning when it was learned that in fact Caylee had been missing for almost a month before the grandmother called 911 to report the “kidnapping”. Following this phone call and subsequent police interviews, it became apparent that Casey was giving false information and a series of lies with regard to her daughters disappearance. Time is always critical in missing person cases and as this drama has continued now for almost two months, we must join together in praying that Jesus will help us to find this little girl. st's love and humility. He also asks for prayers for him and his congregation that they will have the strength to stand firm in the Christian faith.
